We are spoiled for choice in Perth when it comes to breakfasts. With great cafes located in almost every suburb you could try a different location every weekend for years to come. With so many options there are of course many places I have not yet been, but this list provides some of my favourites from those I have been to so far.
The Roastery
10/395 Warton Rd, Canning Vale
The Roastery has plenty of indoor seating and boasts a rotating specials menu including a selection of french toast flavours.

Sapore Espresso Bar
4/275 Belmont Ave, Cloverdale
Located just outside Belmont Forum, Sapore does delicious immunity boosting juices which pair nicely with their rustic hash browns and scrambled eggs.

The Little Banksia
78 Banksia Terrace, Kensington
The Little Banksia is nestled away in a mostly residential area, but that doesn’t stop it from being packed full of people enjoying the all day menu.

The Little Bay Cafe
33 W Coast Dr, Watermans Bay
Located right on the picturesque ocean front, The Little Bay Cafe offers Insta-worthy interiors as well as food. You can pair your meal with a stroll along the West Coast Drive walking path.

Mary Street Bakery
272 Railway Pde West Leederville, as well as locations in Highgate, City Beach and Perth CBD
Most people in Perth have been to a Mary Street at least once if not for breakfast then for some delicious baked goods to take away. Mary Street food and coffee is some of the best in town and their hash browns can’t be beat.

Canning River Cafe
Kent St &, Queens Park Rd, Wilson
The Canning River Cafe is located on the Kent Street Weir which gives you some great options for walking or relaxing after your meal. The menu focuses on gluten free options as well as veggie-loaded plates.

The Sparrow’s Nest
1/912 Albany Hwy, East Victoria Park
Located on the bustling Albany Highway strip, the Sparrow’s Nest is one of the most dog friendly cafes in Perth. They also offer a delicious omelette which is strangely something I don’t see that often on the menu here.

What would you order for breakfast?
